Uniquely Handcrafted has a very straight forward Privacy Policy:
We respect our customers’ privacy and DO NOT intentionally disclose customer information to any entity, in any format or manner, beside what is necessary for shipping, and/or as required by law. However, since this website is a commercial site, we are unable to control third party cookies, web beacons, and other similar technologies which are employed for tracking or targeted advertisement.
If you are not in agreement with the aforementioned, we would like to extend our appreciation for your patronage and respect your choice not to visit us in the future.
Terms of Sale
The description of a posted quilt’s measurements is as close to accurate as possible yet are still approximate. Please measure your intended space to get the best idea of how a particular quilt will fit in that location. Additionally, colors depicted in the posted quilt photographs are subject to variation secondary to individual monitor and display settings, however we try to make the images and descriptions as accurate as possible.
At this time, we are unable to accommodate special orders, but may consider reproducing a specific quilt pattern in a different color way. Please feel free to contact us to express your proposal.
All quilts posted are subject to prior sale. Our quilts are one-of-a-kind and unfortunately, we do not store back stock. If the quilt you wish to purchase is “unavailable” for any reason yet is still listed for sale, you will be refunded the entire paid purchase price including any other prepaid fees (e.g., shipping, special requests, expedited service, etc.). Otherwise, purchased quilts usually are shipped within one (1) business day via USPS Priority mail, UPS, or FedEx and are insured, with Signature Required.
Returns
Any returns require prior authorization. A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returned items. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any return shipping fees. Approved returns must be shipped via a service that offers insurance and a tracking number. Items approved for return must be done so within 14 days of the original delivery date of the quilt purchased.
If by any misfortune a purchased quilt is “lost” in transit, a refund will be provided only after a carrier search and investigation has been completed and insurance processed and collected from the carrier. Quilt purchases which are cancelled prior to shipping will incur a 5% cancelation fee retained at the time of refund.
